 Revelation 21:8


[8] But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.


Romans 6:23

[23] For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.


Isaiah 59:1-2

[1] Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
[2] But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.


Hebrews 10:17

17And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 

(I think that is for those who don't believe also.)


Revelation
21:1

21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.


There is going to come a time where Jesus will forget everyone's sins, including those who don't believe in Him. If that, is true when they get placed into outer darkness that means they will have total separation from God. God will create a new Heaven and new earth, but He will not create a new Hell. What a nightmare.
