 Wives

Genesis 2:18

18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Genesis 2:22

22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.


Wives were made for the husband. 

Proverbs 31:30 

30Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. 31Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.


Start with the fear of God, for that is beginning of all wisdom.


Ephesians 5:22-24

22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.


If you want to perfect a Christ-Like Relationship, submit to you husband. Please him. Honor Him. No task should be too great for you to serve him. Serve him with charity. Forgive mercifully as necessary. Be willing to wait on him hand and foot. If he says it's time to move somewhere you should comply instantly. Obedience is key. For this is the key of honoring your husband. He needs to be the head of life, even before the children.
