In this video, the speaker mentions, how it will be just like the days of Noah. He mentions it's referring to after the Rapture and during the tribulation. Now it makes sense. People are going to be so comforted that they cannot tell the world is terrible. They will living there lives as normal. Which means they're going to be so blind that even after the rapture happens, they cannot tell that they're going be killed, even after the warnings.
