 Why would Satan want to kill an all powerful perfect God?

Originally, Lucifer, wanted God's throne.

Throughout time his tactics, and devices waxed greater and more wicked.

Have ever watched a "My 800 pound life" episode? Have you ever wondered why not stop? Why not turn your life around.

It's the same concept with Satan. The answer to that is addiction and numbness.

When one is addicted to something they can't stop what they're doing. When one is numb to their foolish ways, they could care less. Only faith, and repentance can change a being.  

When a man is prison he does not care about his evil ways for it is all he knows. It's his being's acclamation. It is his way of life. He does not think, "This life is terrible. I should start doing right." Instead he goes back to his ways because that is his spiritual life style. 

John 8:44

44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Pain can only change someone who already has something good in him. If a man who is Christian is beguiled into believing it is okay to support the lgbtq community, over time he will see how evil they truly are and cut them loose. He will think, ”I'm never going to do that ever again." But someone such as the lgbtq community themselves will not think that because their mind does not think that there's a better way. Their wrong is their right. They turn to their evil. It is the same concept with Satan. He numb to any other way of living. He is also addicted to trying to take over the throne of God. He does not think, "I'm going to burn in hell for all eternity, maybe I should stop." Instead he is addicted to the point where even after he has been burning for 1,000 and losing, he will still think he can defeat Jesus.

Revelation 20:7-10 kjv

7And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. 9And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
