 Ways to study the Bible include: Reading it from front to back: Doing a summary on the chapter you just finished reading. Stating at least one fact about you what you just read for example you can write in Genesis Ch 17 Abram became Abraham. Trying to memorize a Bible verse and then once you can quote it move on to the next Bible verse. Note: Even if you do not remember it by heart, do not underestimate the power of the subconcious. Start by memorizing John 3:16 And then study the rest of the Bible.

 To be conflicted with yourself, is terrible. As one tries to grow closer to the LORD, he may find his self feeling bad. He may find his self slipping. He may be tempted to break. It would just be easier to follow your selfish desires. When one draws closer to the LORD, it the feeling is a lose lose situation. If he breaks and goes back to his old ways he feels guilty. If he strives to be more Christ-Like he gets isolated from the world, shunned, all at the same time feeling like blaming LORD. He begins to think, "Why LORD? You're all powerful. Why do you not answer my prayers." Just keep waring with your old nature. Pray that it becomes better. Pray for better days. All those feelings come from the fallen state. Focus on the LORD, and do His will. Blessed will you be on Judgement day. The reason why the LORD does not always answer your prayers is because of sin. One day, should you stay faithful unto him, you will be with Him in eternity, and all your sorrows and negativ

 It is insane to think about. Judas is suffering in Hell to this day. Many people are in Hell to this day.   Eternity without the LORD is an eerie thought. There is weeping and gnashing of teeth for eternity for people with a fate like Judas. Examine. Examine. Examine your heart. Make sure on the day of Judgement there is no condemnation for you are in the LORD. Understand that it is not of you. Understand your righteousness is as filthy rags. Understand that without believing in Jesus and His finished work you will have a fate like Judas. The first eight hours the second eight hours and last eight hours of the day will be spent in the lake of fire for the rest of eternity. Only in Christ is there hope found.

The reason why I made this post is because I know people who are thrown off and confused by this passage. You cannot believe on your own the LORD the way you want to believe on Him. You can only believe on the LORD the way he commands you too if you desire to serve Him. I pray this helps you understand why many that believe on the LORD will not enter Heaven.

 As I see the rapture coming, and I know the LORD's return is soon, I think about how many people are going to spend eternity in Hell. They will spend eternity in the Lake of Fire. The first eight hours will be in the Lake of Fire, the second eight hours will be in the Lake of Fire, and the last eight hours will be in the lake of Fire for the rest of eternity.  For some time now, I have had a desire for the LORD'S return. I pray for it. I remember when I was more of a secular Christian, my number one prayer was for the LORD'S return.
